i found the service somewhat lacking. getting help with luggage was difficult. it seemed the hotel size made it hard to reach staff when needed. housekeeping also missed our room one day, requiring a trip to reception to resolve this.

The service was great. Every employee was helpful and knowledgeable. the hotel was clean, and every small detail was considered. i used the spa and gym daily. They were fantastic additions to the hotel! we enjoyed our relaxing time.
i noticed only one hook to hang towels in the bathroom. the kitchen had no plates initially, but they brought them up immediately when notified.

My room was spacious and clean. The shower worked perfectly. the pools offered a nice experience. a nearby steakhouse gave a unique vibe, with good music and great service. We loved the pools. but the views were amazing!

The staff offered me a complimentary shower after checkout. That was very kind!!! The hotel also provides a private beach area . It was very exclusive. The hotel was very clean. It looked immaculate!
The towel hook situation in the bathroom was a bit inconvenient. Just one hook felt insufficient.

I found the room very spacious and nicely decorated. direct beach access was a great perk. the rooftop pool area offered excellent views. i particularly appreciated the food quality. It was consistently excellent.
i noticed occasional slight delays at the front desk during peak hours.

the gym access was great. both pools were also very good and i had beach access. the kids in the pool were loud. the hotel is clean.
i waited until the second day to receive the room i had wanted. the street was flooded because of a storm on june 12. i did not want to stay there. there was no refund and nothing was offered.
